Combination air engaged clutch and spring engaged brake has flange connections to connect with IEC 112-B5 Frame components.   

Used to operate diversion panels on an automatic sorter, the half-inch shaft is driven when clutch is engaged, the 0.625 shaft is held when brake is engaged.  

The application for this clutch-brake required double-single 60A19 sprockets where the standard Mach III model had a minimum of 60A20.  

The input to this clutch-brake is the 16mm shaft on which it is mounted. When engaged, it drive the pulley and in the absence of air, the pulley is stopped.   

The input to this clutch-brake is a 13 inch diameter V groove pulley. When engaged with air, it drives the shaft and in the absence of air, it stops the shaft. 

This NEMA 56 frame unit houses both an air engaged clutch and air engaged brake, each of which has a torque capacity of 111 pound inches.

Developed for use in food packaging, this clutch-brake is made of anodized aluminum, electroless nickel plated and stainless steel components.  

This combination unit with both an air engaged clutch and air engaged brake couples a 1.125 inch shaft to a 1.25 inch shaft.  

An integral cover prevents contamination of the internal components of this clutch-brake used in a dirty environment.
