Custom Designs for Your Specific Challenges
Hassle-free Custom Solutions
Standard solutions often don’t match all the specific requirements required by an application. Our experienced engineering staff will work with you to deliver custom solutions based on your exact needs — and with short lead times.
We deliver high-quality brakes, clutches and torque limiters that consist of durable materials to provide you with reliable motion control solutions. Here’s a quick rundown of our custom design process:
Contact Mach III Engineering
Clear, open communication is critical to ensuring the highest-quality of products. Begin the custom design process by contacting our engineering team and providing us with all the specifications you require for your application.
Receive a Print or Model of Your Design
After you talk to our engineering team, we’ll make a print or model prototype based on your design specifications — in only one to three business days.
Approve Final Revisions
Once you have the prototype in your hands, you can work with our engineers to make any revisions. You’ll receive the same quality every time and — since we don’t charge for engineering work — you can take all the necessary steps to alter your product to achieve the best possible result.
Once you approve the design, we get to work.
Receive a Quote
You’ll receive a quote for your design within two to three business days.
Sign and Submit the Finalized Print and Purchase Order
Satisfied with the design and quote? We will assign a formal product number to the design and send a finalized copy of the print. Then you submit a signed copy of the final design and purchase order. Once we receive your paperwork, we’ll get started on manufacturing your order.
Receive Your Finished Product
We pride ourselves in delivering high-quality custom products with fast lead times. After signing off on your order, you’ll have the finished product in your hands typically within three to four weeks.
