Contact customer service with the product number of the unit. They can supply parts lists, installation and maintenance documents, parts and kit numbers and pricing. For a guide to locating the Mach III product number see the Identifying a Product page under the RESOURCES menu.
The part number or the existing unit is a good place to start, but it is important that we have a complete understanding of how the unit is used before we can recommend or design a replacement. Please contact the Mach III engineering department with a description of the existing unit and its function as well as any problems that need to be addressed. Digital photographs of the existing drive are helpful.
A product number and manufacture date is stamped into the housing of every Mach III product prior to shipment from our factory. For more informaton on locating this information, see the the Identifying a Product page under the RESOURCES menu.
When properly selected and operated, Mach III products provide a long service life with little or no maintenenance. Service life varies widely by application due to factors such as speed, load, number of cycles, environment, and other variables. Mach III's engineering department can provide an estimate of lining (friction pad) wear life based on your operating parameters. Contact engingeering for assistance.
There are no stocking distributors of Mach III products. Customers have the option of working with the distributor of their choice, or purchasing direct from Mach III. See the RESOURCES menu to request a quote or for more information on how to order.
The majority of products leave our factory 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of order. Catalog products have lead times varying from 2 to 5 weeks. Non-Catalog product lead times range from 3 to 6 weeks.
